At the beginning of each year, Hail & Cotton USA sets goals for achieving recertification of our Quality Management Systems (QMS) covering standard requirements for our factories, buying stations, and storage facilities.
We are pleased to announce that Hail & Cotton USA has, through audits by SAI Global, obtained recertification to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard, for all of our US facilities. The standard was completely revised in 2015, and our QMS team embraced the challenge to achieve this together. This will change the course of our QMS going forward, making our system more robust and demonstrating the commitment we all have to our company and our customers.
