Hail & Cotton, Inc. has announced the appointment of Ray M. Paul, Jr. to its Board of Directors. Ray is a retired Executive Vice President and Director of Universal Leaf Tobacco Company. Ray spent more than 30 years of his career with Universal before retiring in 2012. “Ray has served in a consulting role to Hail & Cotton this past year and has proven to be a great complement to our existing Company leadership team”, says Chairman John Ghee. “We look forward to Ray’s contribution to the team as we continue to expand our business and improve our services to our customers.” Since Ray’s retirement from Universal, he has served on numerous other non-profit boards.
