If you have witnessed wrongdoings such as fraud, harassment, unsafe working conditions, or unethical business practices, it’s important to report it.
How To Report An Issue
Reporting an issue or wrongdoing is easy. It can be made anonymously and if made in good faith it will remain confidential. Those who report in good faith are protected from retaliation. Employees can use their local suggestions box if feedback is not required or speak in person with: Hail & Cotton’s Issue Resolution Officer, any Supervisor or Manager – local or visiting, any member of the local Human Resources Department.
Employees and other stakeholders can also report online in their local language via our global platform hosted by Speeki on either the Speeki Mobile App or on the Speeki Website.
Speeki is dedicated to data protection, and its information security system is certified to ISO 27001, the leading and most comprehensive international information security standard.
What Happens When You Report?
Our Issue Resolution Policy encourages those with concerns about possible wrongdoing or breaches of our Code of Business Conduct, Integrity, and Ethics, other ethical conduct guidelines or the law, to report them. As long as you’re acting in good faith, you can raise concerns about any legal or ethical issues in confidence and without fear of reprisal.
If the concern is reported via the Speeki portal, you will select a PIN number and a case ID number, which you need to safeguard to be able to follow up on your report online within 48 hours. An internal independent committee will investigate all issues and take action as needed to resolve a concern.
